Morning Movement & Self Mastery

Master yoga teacher Sarah Ann Haugen will guide you through a morning practice that includes a gong bath where you can leave feeling ready for the day. Following the led portion of this class, you can spend up to an additional forty-five minutes doing what you want on your mat and within the space, allowing yourself to find your mastery: guided by your inner voice. This is a morning flow opportunity for you to dig deeper into your practice in the presence of community within a safe space.
